Responsibilities:

Responsible for system development (full SDLC) including feasibility study, system analysis, design, development, testing, system implementation, training, documentation, support and maintenance on an application

Oversee and monitor all stages of the development cycle and communicate with clients;

Provide sound technical solutions or options to support business requirements with good consideration of scalability, robustness and system performance;

Ensure project delivery and responsible for quality assurance

Provide coaching and work on staff development planning
