Java Technical Expert / Lead

We are looking for a Java Technical Expert who will act as a trusted advisor to the client. This is not a project management or team‑lead role; instead, the focus is on technical leadership, client guidance, and team development.

• Deep Technical Expertise – Advanced knowledge of Java, related frameworks, and best practices.
• Client Leadership – Able to understand client needs, guide solution design, and influence technical direction.
