Job Description
-负责酒店公共区域、客房、餐饮及后勤区域的日常设施设备巡检、基础维修与保养，包括照明系统、给排水管道、门窗五金、空调末端、小型电器等；
-响应客房及各部门报修需求，及时完成漏水修复、灯具更换、门锁调试、墙面修补、地毯清洁辅助等常规技工类服务；
-协助工程部完成季节性设备维护（如空调清洗、水泵检查）、节能改造支持及小型装修改造项目的现场施工配合；
-规范使用工具及耗材，如实填写维修工单与备件领用记录，确保作业安全与现场整洁。
-持有有效期内的应急管理部颁发的《特种作业操作证（高压电工作业）》；
-具备2年及以上工业厂房、商业综合体、变电站或大型物业等场所高压配电系统运维实操经验；
=具备较强的安全风险辨识能力、责任心和应急响应意识，适应轮班及突发性抢修任务。
