Job Description
You will join the SDLC Process Standardization Team and work closely with Agile, Engineering, and Customer Care teams. The role will consolidate the different international environments into a unified model across the entire group.
This position is not a standard Jira admin role, you will act as a strategic partner, guiding, advising, and shaping processes. Additionally, this is a solo position as you will be the main Jira expert, with potential support from a 12-hour/week Jira admin if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the Jira environment across the group, including administration, configuration, automation, and integrations.
- Define and maintain Jira configuration standards (workflows, fields, schemes, automations).
- Lead tenant migrations, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and system validation.
