Jr E-Learning Developer

This key position is responsible for developing learning content for courses and e-Learning collaterals using the latest e-Learning development authoring tools and software while adhering to prescribed development processes and standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Creates and maintains learner-centered multimedia and technology-enhanced training including but not limited to eLearning courses, standalone modules, micro-learning objects, gamification concepts, and assessments.
• Analyzes and studies the source or input materials to understand the concepts of the subject matter that needs to be converted to eLearning.
• Ensures quality of eLearning materials developed by adhering to quality standards and defined requirements.
• Leads peer reviews and provides recommendations to further improve the quality of the eLearning material.
