Jr. Estimator

The Jr. Estimator supports the estimating and pre‑construction process by assisting with project pricing, tenders, and proposal preparation. This role is well suited for someone who is highly detail oriented and comfortable working with numbers, documentation, and common software technology. You will work closely with office staff, designers, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers while keeping documentation organized at all times
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• Comfortable sourcing quotes from trades and suppliers
• Ability to complete takeoffs for ordering and budgeting purposes
• Comfortable working with software technology including Microsoft Office and estimating/builder software
