Jr Technologist Electronic Methods - Evening

Role

This is a junior level position in the Electronic Production group. The junior technologist will be responsible to suggest procedures related to production and support the Manufacturing department during the assembly phase. This position requires supervision from superior level positions.

Tasks

• Suggest assembly procedures for electronic components of simple complexity.
• Write Routing Slips according to the approved processes in effect for the assemblies/parts under his control.
• Transfer Routing Slips into work orders and track them during production.
• Ensure traceability is captured in the work order during the production phase.
• Maintain production schedule by identifying variances and proposing contingency plans.
• Assist assemblers by performing detailed reviews during production (production milestones, final verification).
• Integrate non-conformance rework procedures (NCR, DIN, SNAG, ...
