Job Summary
The Junior Accountant – Travel Agency supports daily accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions related to travel bookings, suppliers, and clients. The role assists with reconciliations, reporting, and compliance while working closely with operations and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, and expenses
Process invoices from airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and customer accounts
Assist in tracking commissions, refunds, and credit notes
Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
