Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Ad Operations Executive to join our team in Bogotá and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end campaign execution – Implement and monitor campaigns across programmatic platforms.
• Performance tracking – Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and improve results.
• Issue resolution – Identify campaign issues, troubleshoot, and escalate them to senior team members when needed.
• Technical support to the Client Success team: Provide quantitative and qualitative data to the Client Success team, assisting in the correct interpretation of metrics and issue resolution.
• Process learning – Develop a deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
