POSITION SUMMARY JOB TITTLE; JUNIOR AF RECOVERY OFFICER DEPARTMENT; AF RECOVERY REPORTS TO; RECOVERY SUPERVISOR DUTY STATION; GULU, LIRA, ARUA & KAMPALA Role Summary; the role of a Recovery Officer (RO) is constantly follow-up clients/debtors to make payments prior re-possession proceedings commence.
The RO also advises clients/ debtors on payment arrangements, handles enquiries and provides administrative assistance (reports) to the team after re-possession/ recovery of an asset (bike) has been done Key Duties and Responsibilities; TASK Portfolio Management and Planning Manage Assigned repossession file and ensure all cases are attended without leaving some cases pending.
