5. Proficient in design and project management software such as:

   1. Revit

   2. SketchUp

   3. Microsoft Project

6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

7. Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory standards.

8. Strong creative and visualization skills.

9. Willing to learn project management skills.
