About the Opportunity
Create and process purchase orders for materials, supplies, equipment, and services.
Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, deliveries, and shipment status; expedite orders as needed.
Maintain purchasing records, pricing, supplier data, and receiving documentation within the ERP system.
Review requisitions for accuracy and support inventory replenishment to prevent shortages and overstock.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and information flow.
Reconcile purchase orders and invoices, resolving discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, and terms.
