Roles and Responsibilities : Knowledge in Shot peeing machine operation and production activities. Knowledge in Preparation of new job programme. Awareness of Part drawing interpretation and understanding. Knowledge in Masking of shot peening parts. Development of Fixtures and tools for holding part. Knowledge in Shot peening machine preventive maintenance. Understanding of Shot peening NADCAP Requirement. Understand the shot peening quality requirement and trouble shooting. Understand the customer specification as per the route card. Knowledge in post and precleaning process for shot peeing parts. Special skills : Surface Treatment Process/Painting process. Experience : 2- 5 Years in shot peening process
