Duties and Responsibilities

Actively search for new bid opportunities through online portals and networking groups.Review all available project documents, including drawings, specifications, geotechnical reports, addenda, schedules, contracts, and consultant reports.Identify discrepancies, conflicts, scope gaps, constructability concerns, and missing information.Prepare and submit Requests for Information (RFIs) where clarification is required.Perform detailed, timely and well-organized cost estimates/budgets at various stages of design.Quantity takeoffs as needed for accurate estimating using Bluebeam Software.Visit the project site to assess existing conditions, logistics, site access, staging areas, environmental constraints, and potential construction challenges.Prepare and manage tenders through Autodesk Building Connected.Work with the Pre-Construct...
