Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Estimator, the Junior Estimator will support the delivery of accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of commercial projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Senior Estimator with scopes of works and tender submissions
- Requesting, reviewing and comparing subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Completing basic take-offs and cost planning support
- Assisting with tender documentation and project handovers
- Maintaining accurate estimating records and documentation
- Have recently completed a relevant degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or Estimating, or
- Have 1-2 years' experience in a junior estimating or construction-related role
