This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Melaka. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day human resources tasks including benefits administration and HR management. The role includes ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and supporting the implementation of HR policies and programs. What you'll be doing
Provide end-to-end human resources support, including employee onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Coordinate and manage employee training and development initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
Oversee general office administration, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and supply management
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR-related guidance
