Junior Financial Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Financial Assistant to join our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with 2–5 years of experience who is eager to grow their career in a dynamic Manufacturing environment. You will play a key support role in day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and administer a creditors financial system
• Manage and administer a debtors financial system
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timeously
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and general ledger entries
• Maintain and update financial records and filing systems (physical and digital)
• Assist with VAT submissions, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
