Job Description

CSMART is currently looking for a full-time Junior Instructor (Electrical) as part of the Operations Department.
Reporting to a Senior Instructor and indirectly to the Senior Manager – Technical, this role supports course delivery, preparation, and development, while focusing on current and emerging technologies, crew resource management, and company procedures achieved through training and simulations.
As a Junior Instructor (Electrical), your responsibilities, amongst others, will include:
Coordinating with lead instructors to ensure classrooms, simulators, and materials are ready before courses start
Assisting in delivering courses according to CSMART’s course delivery process and quality standards
Supporting participant appraisal, certification, and follow-up processes
Resetting equipment and reporting deficiencies after courses
Completing post-course documentation and assisting with course reviews
