Junior IT Technician - Manufacturing IT Support

PERSOL is currently seeking an IT Technician Entry Level in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience and strong technical skills in end-user support and system maintenance.

Responsibilities include providing first-level IT support for manufacturing-related issues, managing security vulnerabilities, and assisting in IT projects. A Diploma in IT is required, and knowledge in security tools and Windows operating systems is preferred.

The position offers a salary range of RM 1,800 - RM 2,500 with benefits including medical insurance and various entitlements.
