RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, code, and review scalable, maintainable software solutions that align with business and system architecture.
- Identify and address technical debt challenges: Proactively analyze areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate across squads (frontend, backend, QA) to share knowledge, align on best practices, and mentor junior team members
- Take ownership of features or systems; lead projects or squads when needed, ensuring delivery quality and guiding technical direction.
