About You
You are a person who loves to turn data into actionable insights, evaluate program performance, and drive improvements through thoughtful analysis and reporting. You are analytical, detail‑oriented, and experienced in managing complex program data, resolving issues, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
In the role of Program Analyst, you will support program performance through data analysis, develop and apply performance metrics, document risks and issues, contribute to Agile planning activities, manage EDI production issues, and prepare clear reports and communication materials for leadership and cross‑functional teams.

- Experience as a Program Analyst, including work with program performance analysis, EDI support, and stakeholder reporting.
