Primary Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee end-to-end autonomous vehicle testing projects, from preparation to execution and reporting.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering, safety, and regulatory teams.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including test drivers, safety operators, data analysts, and engineers.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety and regulatory requirements for AV testing.Monitor project progress, risks, and technical dependencies; proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and quality standards.Track and report testing metrics, including safety performance, operational data, and outcomes.Facilitate communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and technology partners.Support integration of AI, simulation tools, and sensor technologies into test operations.Requi...
