Responsibilities
Testing new requirement for customer satisfaction
Perform daily system monitoring, verifying integrity and availability of all hardware, server resource and key process
Ensure all inbound support for software products, API, system reporting, webservice queries are addressed in a timely, professional and well-informed manner.
Solve technical questions related to APIs, 3rd party integrations, as well as new feature complexities.
