1)Develop new Key customers
Within focus of GAM policy in the assigned areas
Use Beyond Selling Values (BSV) to shorten penetration cycle time
Setup and keep strategic relationships with key decision makers (KDM)
Sell the values – Level 123, 15/85, Kraljic, ABC
Use tollgates in BEAMS to monitor progress status
2)Increase sales and profitability in currently K&A accounts
Effectively using strategic tools such as BEAMS (Profit Mgmt, AR Mgmt, Whale Chart, Bad Inventory Report (BIR), etc), Bossard Scorecards, e_RFQ
Responsible to increase market share and implement level 2 and 3
Manage and nurture new customers to tollgate (TG) 7
