In your role reporting to the Power & Recovery Manager, you will take charge of ensuring a safe work environment while fostering an efficient team culture. Your responsibilities include supervision of operational staff, health and safety adherence, and communication with key stakeholders in the mill.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Directly supervise steam plant personnel
• Enhance crew performance through training and mentoring
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes
• Respond as Incident Commander in emergencies
Requirements:
• Inter-Provincial 2nd Class Power Engineering Certificate required
