As a Direct Support Professional with Karis Disability Services, you will engage with clients to help them thrive in daily life. Your role will focus on cultivating skills, encouraging personal growth, and facilitating connections to enhance their community involvement. You will also promote the rights of individuals, ensuring they have control over their lives.

• Work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Requirements:
• Experience in developmental services or education in a related field
