Job Description

- Manage and execute Modern Trade sales activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Handle key accounts in the FMCG beauty & skincare category, especially Modern Trade partners such as Watsons, Eveandboy, Beautrium, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade buyers, category managers, and store partners.
- Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and provide reports, forecasts, and insights for business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising) to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.
- Track promotional activities, in-store visibility, and merchandising implementation.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
