Manage the account management and business development activities, overview the operations and customer services as per customers’ KPI & SOP. Manage and perform account management job role for Noatum eSolutions to achieve KPIs required from the customers with performance reviews. Design solutions and work closely with customer service, operations, and warehouse colleagues in daily basis. Build and develop ecommerce Key Account customers through relationship management and to satisfy their expectations by utilizing company's ecommerce, key accounts products. Set and follow SOP, traffic flow, communicate with customers and overseas counterpart. Initiate and drive continuous process improvements for better productivity and operational excellences, to ensure the achievement of customer’s expectation.
