This role is responsible to grow the company revenue profitably with majorly focus on Global Accounts through key actions as following:
- Engage with the customer/prospect for connection, relation and partnership
- Win new businesses and new customers/prospects for revenue growth
- Maintain and secure the existing business with profit improvement
- Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams for customer delights
- Coach and develop Sales team members as potential successor
