Roles and Responsibilities

Define and drive the organizations sales plan for the Retail business division by meeting annual customer acquisition and revenue targets

  • Conduct research to identify customer needs, new markets and new distribution partners
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Execute the organizations sales strategy with equal focus on topline, profitability, brand equity and customer satisfaction (internal and external)
  • Conduct business meetings with prospective customers / distribution partners
  • Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers/ distribution partners
  • Negotiate terms of agreement including but not limited to commission structures with prospective distribution partners
