What You’ll Be Working On
- Assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the team and achieving store objectives.
- Acting as a role model for your team members, providing guidance, training, and support to help them succeed.
- Providing exceptional, personalized service to every guest who walks through the door.
- Maintaining merchandising and visual standards to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.
- Assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions.
- Staying up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.
- Collaborating with team members to meet sales goals and create a supportive team atmosphere.
- Handling guest concerns and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
The Physical Side of the Role
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
