Responsibilities:
- Vegetable & garnish prep
- Dish assembly
- Basic frying/cooking
- Pot-wash and cleaning
- HACCP checks
Qualifications:
- Recent commercial kitchen experience (pub/restaurant/care home OK)
- Reliable & consistent
- Comfortable in a small team
- Interest in Chinese flavours/techniques (bonus)
Hours:
20-35 hours per week; flexible shifts from 11am-3pm or 5pm-9pm, Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday
