Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities

• Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and utensils.
• Wash and store dishes, cookware, and tools.
• Assist in basic cooking and food preparation tasks.
• Organize and store food supplies properly.
• Dispose of waste and ensure adherence to sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in a kitchen setting (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
