Responsibilities
- Assist cooks with meal prep by washing, cutting, peeling, and slicing ingredients.
- Monitor and review kitchen inventory to identify items for restocking.
- Receive, unload, and organize fresh supplies in the stockroom.
- Check expiration dates and rotate stock to maintain food safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, and cookware.
- Pack and label prepared food items for distribution to store locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with health regulations
