Job Summary:
The Piaya Room is looking for Head Operation. The Head Operation is responsible for overseeing the overall kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production, consistent quality, cost control, and compliance with food safety standards. This position leads the kitchen team, manages daily workflow, and coordinates with other departments to deliver excellent dining service for guests and events.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Implement standardized recipes and portion control to maintain food cost targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, purchasing, and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Control food waste and kitchen operational expenses.
