Job Description
- Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menu to ensure of consistency of products to the guest
- Wash, slice, peel, and/ or cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving
- Prepare all food items accurately in a timely manner
- Ensuring that food is properly stored
- Ensure the work area stays clean throughout the work day
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation and organization of the Kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas
