+ Carryout all maintenance work as per PPM jobs cards.
+ Maintains level of main gas tanks and routine inspections.
+ Able to install new equipment when necessary.
+ Maintains all Kitchen, Refrigeration and Laundry equipment to ensure maximum efficiency.
+ Maintains walk-in freezer temperature records as per Municipality requirement
+ Keeps Kitchen mechanical rooms clean and in good order.
