Kitchen Lead: Hands-On, High-Volume Culinary Leader

Gloucester Services is seeking a Kitchen Lead to manage kitchen operations and lead the team of Cooks and Kitchen Team Members. You will ensure that food quality meets standards for our customers traveling on the M5.

This role requires hands-on experience in a commercial kitchen and the ability to train and develop your team. Responsibilities include controlling food standards, stock management, and effective communication within the team.
