Role Overview
- You will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen areas, ensuring equipment, crockery and cutlery are ready for service, and supporting deliveries and stock processes.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all kitchen areas, staff canteens and kitchen corridors.
- Washing kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery to support smooth restaurant service.
- Ensuring kitchen areas remain clean and safe during service, with walkways clear and floors dry.
- Following and signing off cleaning schedules to demonstrate due diligence and compliance.
- Carrying out deep cleaning of kitchen equipment as required.
