About the role

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas
• Washing dishes, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Keeping kitchen floors, surfaces and work areas clean and tidy
• Managing waste and recycling in line with resort procedures

• Be reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Work well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Have a strong awareness of hygiene and safety practices
