Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage, and back‑of‑house facilities.
  • Assist in garbage collection, segregation, and proper disposal.
  • Support chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean tools and equipment as needed.
  • Clean floors, walls, and surfaces to comply with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Handle kitchen equipment with care and report damages or malfunctions.
  • Follow safety protocols in handling chemicals, hot surfaces, and sharp tools.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies when required.

Requirements

  • With or without prior experience (experience in a stewarding/kitchen role is an advantage).
