Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage, and back‑of‑house facilities.
- Assist in garbage collection, segregation, and proper disposal.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff by providing clean tools and equipment as needed.
- Clean floors, walls, and surfaces to comply with hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle kitchen equipment with care and report damages or malfunctions.
- Follow safety protocols in handling chemicals, hot surfaces, and sharp tools.
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen supplies when required.
Requirements
- With or without prior experience (experience in a stewarding/kitchen role is an advantage). <...
