Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY : Facilitate in the manufacture of quality friction brake pads through the final inspection and packaging of goods to the customer.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Prepare boxes and other packaging supplies Visually check for lot cards marked “Accept” on pallet and verify product, paperwork, and labels Close visual check for any problems with the product. Report any problems immediately to Lead/Supervisor, use Stop, Call, Wait and segregate any suspect product Keep the appropriate quantity of inspection samples open and place on top layer of pallet for QA pallet Audit for Toyota. Use appropriate “Inspection Standard” as a guide Using standard, assemble kits, apply labels and stamp correct date on unit box Place completed unit box in sub-master box
