KS1 Teacher based in Wakefield
To commence: April 2026
We are looking for an experienced and motivated educator ready to guide pupils through one of the most important years of their primary journey. The successful candidate will inspire confidence, build resilience, and prepare children for the transition to secondary school. As a KS1 Teacher based in Wakefield you will be expected to follow the ethos and values of the school and its positive reinforcement approach.
Core Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Hold QTS or equivalent, with a proven track record in Key Stage 1 teaching
- Be flexible and adaptable, able to think on your feet
- Maintain reliability with good time keeping
- Possess strong classroom management skills
- Adhere to school policies and follow planning when set
