Experience: 03-07 Years.

Working Mode: 5 days Onsite.

Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and technically strong L2 Application Support Engineer to support FICC front-office applications in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently within SLA
  • Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
  • Raise and manage incidents, assess business impact, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Create and track problem tickets, working closely with Development teams to drive permanent resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to L3 and management when required
  • Debug and fix defects in the existing codebase
