Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience with HPE products: TeMIP, UOC, UCA Minimum 3 years of experience in L2 support role Experience in 24x7 IT production support environment Strong understanding of ITIL processes 2 to 5 years of solution support experience Linux OS exposure and shell scripting skills Experience in application monitoring, health check reporting and ticket handling Good communication skills with ability to interact with customers and internal teams Willingness to ramp up on new products and technologies
