Hands-on experience with HPE products: TeMIP, UOC, UCAMinimum 3 years of experience in L2 support roleExperience in 24x7 IT production support environmentStrong understanding of ITIL processes2 to 5 years of solution support experienceLinux OS exposure and shell scripting skillsExperience in application monitoring, health check reporting and ticket handlingGood communication skills with ability to interact with customers and internal teamsWillingness to ramp up on new products and technologies
