Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Support Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate must have at least 4 to 7 years of experience in ITRS administration and possess excellent communication skills. The role requires working in rotational shifts from 6 AM IST to 11 PM IST, and being available to work over weekends and holidays.
Primary responsibilities include ITRS configuration, setup, and administration, as well as Unix commands/shell scripting and Oracle SQL. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
