Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 (L3) Systems Engineer with strong Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience. This role serves as the highest level of technical escalation within the support team and is responsible for designing, implementing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex IT infrastructures across multiple client environments.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced MSP environments, has strong client-facing communication skills, and demonstrates deep expertise across Microsoft, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
