Job Description
The Lab Engineer at the eMobility R&D Center plays a critical role in supporting the research, testing, and validation of electric vehicles (EVs), battery systems, and related technologies. This role involves hands‑on work with instrumentation, testing equipment, and data acquisition systems in a laboratory setting focused on innovation and compliance with international EV standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct performance, safety, and endurance testing of batteries, cells, powertrains, and EV subsystems.
- Support testing and validation of 2‑wheeler and 3‑wheeler electric vehicles.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment (e.g., battery cyclers, thermal chambers, DAQ systems).
- Assist in the development and execution of standard test procedures (STPs) as per IEC/ISO automotive standards (e.g., IEC 62133, IEC 62840, etc.).
