- Process and prepare wafers and reticles for both internal and external customers, including coating, developing, cleaning, measuring, and defect analysis.
- Prioritize and coordinate service requests, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor and optimize process and equipment performance, proactively proposing and implementing improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks performed, ensuring all executed processes adhere to high standards.
- Maintain sufficient stock levels, keeping all equipment and materials up-to-date and ready for use.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to colleagues to support ongoing team development.
- Collaborate across departments, interfacing with delivery operations, development, customer support, and equipment support teams.
